How to Cook Adauri

Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and bay leaf.

Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies and sauté.

Add vegetables of choice and spices.

Add Adauri and sauté till slightly golden.

Add water and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until soft and flavorful.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
